The brief

From humble beginnings in Harlem, to Grammy Awards, Gregory is without a doubt one of the most visible singers and composers present in the Jazz scene today. This Portrait was originally exhibited at the renowned Cheltenham Jazz Festival (known for hosting Jazz up-and-comers), where George and Gregory teamed up to raise funds for the Relaxed Concert For Schools, a carefully curated musical programme in a wonderfully supportive atmosphere designed specifically for children who attend SEND (special education and disability needs) settings.

This Portrait was then exhibited at The Royal Albert hall in late 2023, in conjunction with one of Gregory's many live shows.
